Chemistry towards Biology

Dear colleague,

We would like to thank you for your interest in the 4^th Central European Conference "Chemistry towards Biology", held from 8 to 11 September 2008 in Dobogókő, Hungary.

This conference was the fourth of the series, the first three of which was held in Portoroz, Slovenia in 2002, Seggau, Austria, 2004 and Krakow, Poland, 2006.

The focus of the 4^th Central European Conference "Chemistry towards Biology" was Structure and Interaction of Proteins with:

• Peptides, Peptidomimetics & Proteins,
• Metal ions,
• DNA, RNA, PNA,
• Carbohydrates & Glycomimetics,
• Organic Ligands
